Requirement & concept
It starts with an enquiry: we study your product positioning, technical specification, target cost and the certification requirements of your market. Our engineering team assesses feasibility and comes back with a solution architecture and a quotation.
Design & prototyping
Schematics, PCB and mechanical design move forward in parallel, with real samples iterated in days rather than months. Samples are shipped together with the test data so you can verify them locally.
Test & approval
Samples go through electrical safety, EMC, ageing and environmental testing in our lab. Once the reports are complete and every item is confirmed, the BOM version is frozen — locking the baseline for mass production.
CKD / SKD delivery
Every item is procured one-stop against the final BOM, inspected batch by batch under IQC / OQC and safely packed by kit, with the full production documentation shipped alongside. Where needed, our engineers can support your local assembly line on site.
